While Lisa was embarking on several (still unfinished) novels and getting her film diploma, Leila was graduating from design then becoming a nomadic photographer’s assistant in Chile, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Getting paired together at BMF was simply a matter of timing. One of those ‘they’re both free, fingers crossed this works’ situations. And … it really did.
Over three years into their partnership, they’ve conquered ALDI Christmas, turned mainlanders into Tasmanian winter people, and created behaviour change campaigns to help end child sexual abuse. Before their partnership they made award-winning work across brands like ALDI, Tip Top, Budget Direct, Harley Davidson, Audi and beyond.
When Lisa’s not working, she’s reading, writing, and watching films - or her rugby league team get thrashed. When Leila’s not working she’s usually outside with her dog or planning her next trip somewhere. She also makes a mean banana bread.
What can we say? It just works.
